Welcome to storego.xyz. Before using our website, please carefully read the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our website and the services provided through it.
1. License, Subscription, or Other Service Product License Warranty Policy:
(1.1) The warranty period specified in the description of each license, subscription, or other service product will apply.
(1.2) If any license, subscription, or other service encounters problems within the warranty period, you must contact storego.xyz support. storego.xyz will take appropriate action according to the warranty period.
(1.3) For physical products, a replacement warranty will be applicable for a specific period.
2. Product Delivery Method:
(2.1) As our services are digital, all products are delivered via email.
(2.2) You are requested to place your order by providing the correct email address. If an incorrect email is provided, you must contact us immediately within the warranty period.
(2.3) Products are usually delivered instantly or within 30 minutes. However, in adverse situations, it may take up to 24 hours.
3. Warranty Support Procedure:
(3.1) If within the specified warranty period, storego.xyz will provide support. That is, if it is a license, it will be replaced, and if it is a subscription, the issue will be resolved.
(3.2) The customer is responsible for installing all software. storego.xyz is not obligated to provide support for any software installation or problems with the customer’s device.
(3.3) If the customer encounters a problem during the warranty period, support will be provided remotely. For this, it is mandatory for the customer’s device to have TeamViewer or AnyDesk.
(3.4) storego.xyz is not liable to provide any support after the warranty period has expired.
(3.5) storego.xyz is not obligated to provide support in cases other than the service of the sold product.
(3.6) Complaints or comments other than those specified in the product details will not be accepted.
4. Regarding Suspension of Service:
(4.1) If a user violates the proper use of the service, storego.xyz reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user’s service at any time without prior notice.
(4.2) If any service is suspended, the user’s provided funds will not be refunded.
5. Payment Policy:
(5.1) In the case of manual payment, no charges will be applicable for bank payments. For mobile banking, their prescribed charges will be added, which are: bKash – 1.85%, Nagad – 1.50%, Rocket – 1.60%, Upay – 1.00%, Cellfin- 0%.
(5.2) In the case of bank transfer (NPSB, RTGS, BEFTN), the product or service will be delivered after the money is deposited into our account.
