Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at storego.xyz. Our refund and return policy is outlined below:
For Digital Products:
(1) Once a digital product has been successfully delivered, requests for refunds or returns will not be accepted. Digital products become ready for use immediately upon delivery, therefore refunds are not applicable.
For Physical Products:
(2) If a physical product is received in a damaged condition, a return will be accepted. However, an unboxing video is mandatory for this. The unboxing video must be presented as proof. The return shipping cost for the damaged product will be borne by storego.xyz.
(3) If delivery is unsuccessful and the product is out of stock, a refund will be applicable. Otherwise, it will be exchanged with another unit of the same product.
(4) If the ordered product does not match the description given in the advertisement and we fail to deliver within the specified time, a refund will be applicable.
Refund Application Process:
(5) If you are eligible for a refund, you must apply for the refund within 48 hours of placing the order. Refund requests will not be accepted after 48 hours.
(6) The refund process may take 7 to 10 business days to complete.
(7) Any fees or charges levied by the bank for the refund must be borne by the customer.

- There may be slight differences between the product description and images displayed on our website and the actual product. Refunds or returns will not be accepted for this reason.
- In certain special circumstances, storego.xyz may, at its discretion, decide on a refund or return.
